April 4th 2008 - RTL NEWS NOW ALSO AVAILABLE ON MOBILE DEVICES

As of today, everybody with a mobile device can have direct and live access to the latest news, including videos, headlines, traffic and weather info. The service is offered free of charge by RTL Nieuws and can be downloaded by texting NIEUWS to 3040 (The Netherlands only) or by pointing the mobile's browser to www.rtlnieuws.nl The services consists of a mobile site and a downloadable client. The client can be downloaded from the mobile site. The application will then be installed on any 3G device supporting Java (incl. Blackberry) and on any Windows Mobile device. For RTL Nieuws Mobile, RTL worked together with Dutch company Sharewire that took care of the technical implementation and handling.

According to Marc Schreuder, Vice chief editor at RTL Nieuws, the new service provides in the consumer's need to follow the news anytime, anywhere: "We designed the service so that the consumer can access the latest news easily and quickly. A unique feature is the newsminute in video: Access to the most important news in one minute in a accessible and captivating way, like one's used from RTL."

2007 - Movie chain Pathé launches Pathé Mobile, for all updated theater and movie information

As of Thursday September 6th all Dutch consumers can download movie information with Pathé Mobile. By texting the keyword 'FILM' to the local short code 4443 they can find out which movies and at what time they play in the local theatre. Pathé Mobile also offers other movie information such as trailers, film images, and movie descriptions. This service works on almost all mobile phones with Internet.

Pathé Mobile is a new, innovative consumer service, developed by Pathé in cooperation with the company Sharewire. With the application consumers can easily download screening time per city or theatre, movie information and trailers and movie images. In the near future consumers will be able to reserve tickets via Pathé Mobile.

2007 - Sharewire receives €1.2 million in venture capital investment from Main Capital II.

Sharewire, a mobile solutions provider headquartered in The Netherlands, has received €1.2 million in venture capital investment from Main Capital II.

Sharewire is a fast growing Dutch company that creates mobile solutions which allow content companies to sell their mobile content directly to consumers without using the traditional mobile content portals of telecom operators. As a result of its investment, Main Capital will hold a substantial minority stake in Sharewire.

Sharewire is a dynamic technology company providing proven mobile content solutions to media and mobile content companies.
